1.  Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

• Before Translation Begins: Clients are eligible for a full refund* if the project is canceled before translation work has Generally, we start the translation right after payment, so it is important to make sure you really need the services before making the payment.
• After Work Has Begun: If the translation is in progress, no refund may be issued.
• After Delivery: Refunds are not issued once the final translation has been delivered.

3.  Non-Refundable Cases

• Source materials provided are inaccurate, unclear, duplicated, illegible or incomplete.
• Client fails to specify stylistic preferences in advance.
• Translation is used for legal, official, or critical purposes without proper certification or review.
• Project delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback or payment).

3.  Quality Concerns

If you believe the translation is unsatisfactory:

• Submit a written complaint within 7 days of We will analyze your request and make the necessary changes.
• CA Translation Services will review the issue and offer one free revision if the complaint is justified.

All refunds are subject to an 8% fee. This is the fee that the platform and the cards charge us to issue the refund. We encourage customers to request a credit instead.
